Compressibility is the first threshold
Tablet suitability cannot be read from an ingredient list alone. Powder flow, particle structure, homogeneity and behavior under compression are evaluated through sampling. Necessary excipients are planned by considering product goals and process needs together.
Dosage and geometry work together
Target ingredient quantity directly affects tablet weight and size. Available geometry is balanced with equipment and target units per serving. Where needed, a divided serving can be assessed technically and commercially instead of one oversized tablet.
Packaging completes the scale decision
Bottle, cap, blister or other options are selected together with tablet dimensions, serving count and shelf presentation. Packaging is not only appearance; it is part of filling and final control. Manufacturing and packaging therefore need to follow the same brief.
