Powder flow is the basis of filling
Particle size, density, flow and moisture behavior affect sachet filling consistency. Formulation review covers not only ingredients existing together, but also behaving together on the line. A homogeneous blend and consistent portion depend on this technical base.
Portion and pack dimensions align
Target weight, powder volume and selected pack dimensions are evaluated together. Filling space, product appearance and machine fit must be balanced. When this match is clarified during sampling and packaging trials, serial production becomes more predictable.
Film and sealing define the final structure
Pack film needs to fit product character, filling line and intended presentation. Seal area, print placement and cutting tolerances are part of packaging control. Sachet is a form where product and packaging meet within the same manufacturing decision.
